It's nothing to do with sisu. His agent will get other better offers from championship clubs. It would be impossible to compete with offers in the region of £10k a week.
What about the fee forest might want, agents fees and player signing on fee? Players also get a loyality bonus for not asking for a transfer?

It's written in players contracts that if they don't ask for a move and either see out their contract or they team sells them they get a loyalty bonus. This will be in his contract and forest will either have to pay it or it will be part of the transfer fee.You chat more shite than me sometimes
