Simms really deserved a goal.

I think it was his best game link up play and as an all round strikers performance for a long time.

Looks to have really gone up another level going forwards, the quality of his crossing has been incredible

Another fantastic game for him yesterday. Played with real confidence, looked solid defensively and incredible attacking.

He's got really good technique in confined spaces which allows him to break out of a press and suddenly take a couple of players out of the game.

I love Jds!! Even when he was playing shite last year you could see how talented a player he is on the ball. So quick footed and im delighted he's got a few assists recently.

I want a Jay goal!

That attempt he had against Bristol in his mind that was going to be settling in the corner… in reality it was nearer the corner flag. Do we have a Richard Shaw type scenario here where a goal is the stuff of folklore for those who saw it!!

probably controversial, but id like to see a stat on how many crosses result in a shot/header on goal. On the left especially its all a bit slow. I noticed jds would pass to emc and then jog forward, not take the defender out, not overlap. then emc would run, turn back, try a trick and fall over. Most of our crosses failed to reach a blue shirt. I feel if we had more pace in the build up then the defence would have less time to organise. Also I noticed a lot of Grimes' corners were floaty so really no chance of creating any sort of power off. I suppose im just being picky, but I do feel we could score more than we do already with a little more pace.

If he didn’t score the one game before last he’s never scoring.

Notorious in his absence post match after vehemently denying Simms would ever start for us again other than for injury.

I'm sure him and JDS playing well also put the icing on the cake.

Frank did tell us recently that he would be featuring,a couple of games ago.
