In The Loop is a great movie. Off topic, The Death of Stalin by Ianucci is also a great movie.

Agreed. Jason Isaacs with his Yorkshire accent just steals the movie.

At first, the various English speaking accents was a bit disorientating for me - I usually like historically authentic movies. But, it was a genius move because it kept it's British humour (at its best) and in its own way, reflected the diversity of the USSR and the people governing it.

Considering its political satire and very tongue in cheek, it was reasonably historically accurate (with condensed timelines ofc) which highlights just how good Ianucci is.
