You can be in administration for 12 months but you can then apply to the courts for an extension. The bigger issue is the practicallity of running a football club while in administration. You can only offer month to month contracts and you can't start 2 seasons in administation so, assuming we go into admin in the next few weeks, in practical terms our deadline would be the end of next season.
