Yeah was also 3 yards behind the rest of the defence poor defending. But against a player like that will make most players look poor !!

But in a couple of good crosses going forward but his defending was shocking. Was either 10 yards too far up the pitch leaving martial in behind or as u say for one of the goals far too deep.

He can't seem to move his feet quick enough and tired bigtime last 15 they said he slipped for 3rd goal but looked like his legs had just gone

Therein lies the problem with Cyrus Christie. Lost count of the amount of times he was running back towards goal looking like he was running in quicksand with the attacker leaving him in his trail.
The player I felt sorry for was Carl Baker. He twigged on to this and covered Christie way too often to the detriment of his own game.

His clear defensive failings were certainly highlighted last night as was the proof that Keogh is decent
at Championship level but nowhere near good enough for Premier League!

There's plenty JW. I completely agree with you that he's not good enough for the PL, I've always said he is a poor defender and his positional play is poor.

No matter how good you are there is always a better player who can make you look like a fool.
