Reckon they'll have someone from ACL on the phone before 6 o'clock. How about getting someone for SISU too, that isnt Tim Bloody Fisher?

Wonder what questions Stuart has lined up......

He is mad now when somebody called Fisher a puppet.

What would happen if you went on and said thorn was a useless manager, he would explode.

Fletcher is talking shit now.

Claimed council owns income streams
Implies ground is owned by Coventry City.. it isn't they never paid for it.
Claims WHU bought Olympic stadium (from memory they put in £20M, others put in ~£200M E&OE)

He is talking shit.

Without the council and ACL there would have been no Ricoh.

The club couldn't buy it that's why these people stepped in. The chance was there for the club to own the stadium but they couldn't afford it.

Think that might have something to do with me sending several texts calling him a SISU 'puppet'...obviously touched a nerve judging by his reaction!

I don't think he is talking shit, the council and Alan Higgs are bleeding us dry and he's right....the club should own the ground but they won't sell up

Nonsense, Higgs Charity talked to CCFC/Fletcher about a price to buy the 1/2 share of the stadium, they thought a deal had been reached, they went away & never came back.

http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/ne...city-ricoh-arena-stadium-deal-92746-31880394/

SISU walked away from the deal, not the other way round, what the council would have done is another matter & no one can say as it never went further than talks with the Higgs.

Agree the club should own the stadium - but SiSU have tried to get it for free! They were offered the share of the club - they refused to pay then - THAT is the problem - and THAT was sisu!

ACL ARE NOT THE BAD GUYS

Well they talked to Jennings, so I was expecting some football news. However it was something better than football info, he was saying he and all the other players have been paid, I was so relieved to hear this. My primary concern lately has been whether David Bell gets his hard earned pay.

Must be hard being the worst City team since the '60s and being paid thousands a week.

Oh, right, I see...remind us how much SISU's last offer for it was?

Aside from Ranson saying that they were going to buy it within two years of taking over, that is.

Pffft, a mere trifling concern. The players are getting paid, though. Phew.

I shall take that as a no. Still, Stuart has his warm cup of tea on the radio, Clive got his free ticket, and the club is fooked, so it's all fine.

You don't know what the poor soul has to endure. It's a well kept secret that his new contract that he signed was actually as Ken Dulieu's butler. That's why we haven't seen him...he's not injured, he just lives in Portugal now. Has a lovely orange tan, mind.

Linnell seems intolerant and extremely insensitive towards PWKH.

Arrangements should have been made to have an extended post-match phone-in today, not at 5 o'clock yesterday when most were still at work.

'City's marching on,
led by a bearded Jock,
Sky Bluuuuuuuuues,
Can't score a pen.

When you hear last orders blow,
You should see little Macca go,
Sky Bluuuuuuuuuues,
Can't score a pen.

Don't miss it don't miss it City,
don't miss it don't miss it City,
Sky Bluuuuuuuuuues,
Can't score a pen.

Dave's as wide as a bell,
See Leon's injured feet,
Sky Bluuuuuuuuuuues,
Can't score a pen.

Flecky fooks about,
Dunn can't keep 'em out,
Sky Bluuuuuuuuuuuues,
Can't score a pen.

Don't miss it don't miss it City,
Don't miss it don't miss it City,
Sky Bluuuuuuuuuuuues,
Can't score a pen.'
