I know it could have been any match, apart from the tone and inflexion in his voice. I reckon he knew the game was up. After all the hype by Midlands Today prior to Scunthorpe game (so unusual of them to feature us), had we lost then I feel he was going then.

I'm assuming Hockaday had some form of interview to even come here in the first place.
If he arrived because of his non league player knowledge, I'm hopeful for the first time in years.
Not going to be popular here...but this is the market we should be looking at predominantly to, in the summer......ALL ON PROPER CONTRACTS....so we can identify OUR SIDE...our best 11.
Big clear out in the summer. Any experienced old heads (like Baker) would have to come in on reduced wages, but with good WIN bonuses.
Essential the academy is kept high priority.
