So much for Administrator saying "It has to finish today" "No adjournments" "one way or another, CVA to be signed or Liquidation" Septic says "Jump". Appleton says "How High?"

so 4-5 days before we play bristol city

can sepalla force us to play at sixfields when she is not in control of the club
i think acl are wavering - and they dont want to come out of this looking like total buffoons

in all this mess i have lost track ..... just remind me is there a points implication to starting a season in administration or does that only kick in once we come out of admin by CVA or is it just liquidation. Is there a points penalty to coming out by CVA once season starts or is it at discretion of FL ?

When does the transfer window close ?
Don't we have to add 28 days onto the CVA exit date?

From what I have seen of all the trialists they're Free Agents transfer window doesn't apply so we can sign them on September 3rd if needs be.

As I understand it, no points deduction for starting a season in administration. If we come out via CVA, no further deduction. If we come out without CVA, the League return the share by agreement. Such agreement usually includes a further points deduction, such as -15, and other conditions.

10 point deduction for coming out of admin in a different season - see Portsmouth.

15 point deduction for not agree CVA.

If this is true then I'm not at all surprised. I expect ACL will sign the agreement in the end but time perhaps for Ms Joy and Ms Lucas to put there 10 pennyworth in first and have a handshake before ACL are instructed to agree.

We will play at Sixfields this week and Ricoh will be readied for the next home game after that.

Agreement to talk about the Ricoh will continue throughout the season. I even think ACL will let the club either play for just match day cost for the time being as well or at the very least equal to Sixfields rent. Optium will pick up the compensation tag to Northampton.

I bet they bloody don't! They will insist on half each.

I just want this sorted one way or the other now so we can move on from it
Another adjournment is probably the worse result possible

I have to disagree... the adjournment is because there are talks, that's what we've wanted for months is it not?

BREAKING (More) confirmed ACL seeking 10 year rent agreement with #CCFC. But NO offer on table for part Ricoh ownership"

Hmmm, if this is true, I dont think the Ann/Joy meeting will last v long!

That's right...they'll just sit at home on their arses waiting for our call rather than look for another club...won't they?

Don't agree. There must be something going on.
Friday is the absolute drop dead for still agreeing and not loosing points (Providing it is signed)
I guess ACL have been offered an option that needs to be discussed/agreed and hence the adjournment.
Little disappointing its not sorted but another few days will not affect the overall picture.

Well I think ACL have batted the ball right back into SISU's court. I am convinced they, sisu, don't want to play at Sixfields, hence the involvement of Ms Sepalla, be interesting if she is there Friday. The cost of Sixfields is massive. Now sisu are right against the wire imo. Expect some tripe from the now marginalised Tim Fisher between now and Friday and some deliberate rumours, but I applaud ACL for staying strong in quiet difficult circumstances. We will be at the Ricoh August 10th. NO SURRENDER

new potential anchor tennant already waiting in the wings I would say otherwise it seems a tough line coming from a weak position. It could be that ACL are gambling that SISU wont want to take the 15 point hit at the start of the season given the that they are going to struggle to sell match tickets anyway.

Who's this potential new anchor tenant waiting in the wings?

I am not saying that, but that's the area SP will target because that's the only transfers he can bring in, except temporary loans.
