George - has a contract offered but no news on if he's haggling or negotiating tho likely other offers too. If he leaves we still get a development fee at guess of 250k-350k
Beavon and Turnbull have clauses they can trigger to leave, whispers are they can leave for free as per relegation clauses. Not sure on any date but I'd imagine they would need to clarify there intentions soon on reporting back next week.
