That will be a huge thanks to Thorn and the new chairman who has slapped new contracts on the table for 3 of our best players and handed the managers job to the supporters favourite.

Positive stuff going on at the Ricoh.

Damn can never resist some mischief. Could just say they have employed the cheapest option as manager and would have regardless of whether we liked him or not. And given some contracts of dubious quality to make it look like they are trying to keep the best players :guitar2:

Still should be an enjoyable day today. Nice that we can relax and let the opposition fans do all the worrying for a change

Hi fellas.
There is no doubt, that some stimuli was badly overdue, regarding the need to boost ticket sales for next season, well it appears the club has adressed the matter to a greater extent, by giving the Managers Job to the deserving Andy Thorn, and offering, three of our better players, new contracts, this is a positive step, by our usually over cautious Board, doing nothing wasn't an option, whether it will swell the attendance to over 20,000 for todays game remains to be seen, personally my guess is that it won't, but i applaud the movement by the club to encourage people to go.

Either way there's no excuse today - bargain tickets, nice day, last game of the season and a general good feeling at the club.

Anyone waivering get your arses down there!
