What a catch that was, bears on course for another victory

Bears win, Mo joins, Bears lose, Mo leaves, Bears start winning again

That was unexpected from Middlesex. Best T20 I’ve seen for ages, chased 253 down

Yer, I watched it too, amazing chase. I haven't been paying much attention to the T20 this year, so was somewhat surprised to find out after the game that Middlesex hadn't won all season!

Debating a stroll up to Old Trafford for the Blast tonight. Going to leave it late, 6:30 start and it's currently raining...

Nothing says Friday night like drinking in the rain waiting for cricket to happen

Easy win in the end. Watching Buttler and Livingstone do their thing is a joy.

Bears smashed Worcester. Like watching a different side to the last few weeks

Mousley is a bit special has a touch of the Stokes about him.

the it would fall apart a bit without Hain as they'd been heavily relying on him for runs but so far so good. Win next week and they're at home in the quarter finals

Ridiculous by the Bears four wickets in the first over. I would love to see the Davies lbw looked like it hit him outside leg and was swinging away.

Benjamin out trying to ramp Afridi first ball.

Olly Stone took a one handed diving catch and was running all over the place celebrating, bowled three balls and broke down and went off bet Notts are delighted with that three year contract.

That result confirms a home quarter final right? no idea why they are Thursday and Friday. Very short window to sell tickets and for people to get time off work

Shame that Lancs v Yorks was rained off last night. Means we're through though, should beat Northants tomorrow to get the home tie. Will be heading up to OT, was annoyed it clashed with the Ashes originally but not so much anymore...

Not really sure why they've made the quarter finals Thursday and Friday when the Saturday and Sunday are free. Going to be a decent chunk of people who struggle to get time off at short notice.

If you've got to let members in free, as welcome as that is, and have tickets only a tenner its surely a sign something is up when you're talking about a quarter final

Following the Vitality Blast victory at Trent Bridge last night, Bears have secured a home quarter-final which will be played on Thursday 6 July, 6.30pm.

Opposition will be confirmed following the final round of group fixtures on Sunday night.

Members for the 2023 season will have free access to the quarter-final by using your Membership Card at the gate.

As a Member, you will also have a priority window to purchase any additional tickets before anyone else from 7pm tonight (Saturday 1 July), with adult tickets only £10. Members can log-in to their online account to gain access.

Tickets will then go on general sale from 10am tomorrow (Sunday 2 July).

Respect to the Bears for giving free entry to members for the 1/4 final on Thursday. They did the same last season when we got battered by Hampshire. Hopefully we will do much better this time

Lancs have caused a bit of a stir by charging members £10 for the QF despite them losing the Roses game to rain. Still a reduction from the £25 everyone else is paying.

I think Warwickshire are charging £10 for adults and £5 for kids, these games should have been a weekend of cricket not rushed in to suit a rushed ashes series.

Friday night is bad enough but having Bears play on a Thursday with less than a weeks notice when people will need to book time off for work is crazy. Especially when they aren't playing Saturday or Sunday

And after all the talk about a problem with the Blast being that too many games are happening at the same time so they can't all be on TV they're got 3 quarter finals on Friday night

Whole thing reeks of managed decline so they can turn round and say people aren't interested anymore. Reformat the hundred to a T20 competition, which is inevitable at some point - we're not going to keep playing a format nobody else plays, and then hail it all a massive success while half the country no longer has games near them

Some moves happening already Bopara has left Sussex as no new t20 contract for him.

Worcestershire being torn apart four or five leaving with Pennington and Tongue off to Notts.

Anyone watching the Bears game on TV? What happened there as there looked to be no spike at all on snicko but he got given out

Watching the Bears game. Not often you see someone given out with nothing on ultra edge. Definitely looked like a glove though.

Exactly that. No spike but you can see the glove change shape as the ball passes it and hits it.

Edit: They’ve just confirmed ultra edge isn’t working

Cheers mate, you could only really see the ultra edge on the screen and they haven’t said it isn’t working so you can imagine how well that’s gone down

Strange game Lintott just got a wicket with a full toss that should have cleared the boundary not at the ground between Birmingham and Cov. never seen him bowl such a bad one.
