Just bought online buying online but the options to collect and deliver are greyed out?

Are you a season ticket or membership holder? If so you don't get a paper ticket, the game will just get added onto your season ticket / membership card

Yeah, the match just gets loaded onto your membership card and you just scan the card at the turnstiles.

I just bought on line a couple of hours ago.

1 st on the card.
1 ticket to be collected at t/o (had option to have it posted for 90p)
