ACL rejected the CVA since it it did not give them the rent to which they were entitled. If you sign an agreement then you stick to it! That is how I have been brought up. The why be do glib about the clubs plight? Fact, without 10 point deduction we'd be in with a shout of going up. ACL gained nothing from rejecting agreement but club and mainly the fans lost out by the rejection.
