You are boring now, you would be nowhere to be seen if we had won. Every thread isn't about you and sixfields.

Because were a big team? Surely you've followed CCFC long enough to know anyone can beat anyone on any day! No guarantees in football

No because they are in the bottom 4 and we would be in the play offs (if not for -10)

I'm sure teams like Rotherham, Walsall and Port Vale would be disappointed not to beat a bottom 4 club at home and they are not considered big teams.

We do better though don't we since the majority stopped going. At least that was the theory put forwards.

Maybe now the majority amongst the minority are starting to get the side down a bit. We therefore need even less at Sixfields then we will start doing well again.

Until of course we start doing badly again.

I see your point, based on tables and form... this would appear to have been a 'winnable' fixture.. but its "a funny old game" as someone famously once said. No devine right to win any game...e.g. MK Dons winning at Wolves... a real coupon spoiler... its why it is the beautiful game.

Because it's every thread about how people are glad they aren't there, so much for the fortress etc etc where as if we had won there wouldn't be a peep out of most people who go on about it.

Read the thread about how it's driving decent members away with same people posting same crap.

We could have won it today but it was the playing suicide balls dropped us in again, the biggest threat we had was putting it on Wilson, he went through pretty everytime.

I don't like sixfields, but it was bad individual mistakes that let us down today..again

I said after the Rotherham and Tranmere games, the initial novelty of playing in front of low crowds, playing with freedom and without pressure has wore off. Now Sixfields is starting to effect them as they are struggling to motivate themselves for the matches, they are missing the big match atmosphere.

Playing in front of 1500-2000 fans has to wear you down over time.

We didn't play to our potential, if you play a good game and a team snatch a draw with a bit of luck then it would be easier to take. Or if the opposition play an amazing game and get a result then fair play. I wouldn't be moaning, but we practically gifted them this point.

I know these things happen, I'm just pissed off.

"We look like a team who's not going to concede goals, but is conceding goals". :thinking about:

Now I appreciate ASAP said this with a little giggle in the background, but what does he mean? We must be doing something wrong for us to be conceding so many!

Also said the conditions were awful. What was the weather like? I thought he was a Scotsman! Surely he used to a bit of wind?

The wind was bad but second half we had it behind us and we didn't really use it

Sixfields is not our home ground FFS!! Its a third rate ground which is being rented by third rate owners. Our home ground is in Coventry.

Nigel says we always have a 'goodman', a 'badman' and a 'mediocreman'. Really? What about the other 8 players on the pitch? What 'men' are they?

We all want to support the team nick but the majority of us have morals and won't go to that dump.

Stop fucking crying and man up when you get a bit of stick for going to that shit tip.

The bits I listened to (in between household duties-sad I know) made it sound like he had a stinker - giving ball away and naff free kicks. He looked like he had a bit of a gut on him at the MK game and wonder if he is not match fit due to length of time not playing. Great as they were, perhaps the MK efforts masked this?

He wasn't that bad, put some good balls in. Awful back pass for their goal and kicked out.

Nick, Valiant is right. There is no getting away from this stupid Northampton situation.
What on earth do you expect? People are very angry. They're not going to let it lie. Pardon the well used phrase.
Expect more of the same from most of us. It is the lowest point in the club's history by far.

It Is'nt everybody ,even I stayed off here 3-4 months ,It's the "SITUATION" ,even Grendel likes It ,It gives him something to "SPAR" over.

Given that you can't even post a comment on the CT anymore ,Linnel try's to police it on CWR ,GMK is a oneway st with about 20

posters, this Is the only place It can happen . I hope you don't try and deny us that voice/Connection M8 ,this Is a brilliant site but It has to

go where It goes. Yes there are one or two that keep dropping a line or two into a thread ,but you have twice this week made an issue out of

literally 2-3 of those in seperate threads and actually made It descend further. They're just throw away lines ,easily Ignored If I'm honest ,I

know I do when I sense one from the opposite direction ,or think of a factual /personally relevant response.
