Same thing here. When I ordered online I could have sworn I'd taken seats directly behind the goal. Then when I checked my email confirmation I found I had been given something different (Block EX1 - sounds crap). Convinced myself I'd been mistaken. Then I get a letter telling me that "the seating plan from which you purchased tickets may have no bearing on the seats allocated". Helpful. Maybe it's tied up with the IT glitch that resulted with others not even getting tickets they thought they'd ordered: so, on that basis, it's a 'oh well' from me.
