There was a caller on cwr the other week who worked as an administrator.He said that the next stage of the administration would. Be.that the admin will hold a meeting with all the creditors what would this meeting involve. ?and as acl/ccc are also creditors due to the rent would they also be present. Or is it with just the main creditors only.?

I think our administrator has a few more holidays planned before he does any more.

Nothing will happen until his report has gone to court, which I believe is due in the 16th May.

But wouldn't he need to know who is owed what for him to make his report ?

I think the rule is football creditors first. I'm not sure where that puts ACL, but I assume Avro/SISU are the main priority.

That means the players, backroom staff, and other clubs. As we've not paid a fee for anyone since McDonald the latter is unlikely.

Shouldn't that be all written down in the accounts?

1 = Football Creditors (Players, Coaches and other Football Clubs / governing bodies)
2 = Super Creditors (HMRC etc)
3 = Preferential Creditors (Staff Wages etc)
4 = Avro and their debenture
5 = General Creditors
