calling for motivational messages of support to be sent to the players prior to Sunday's game which will be put up on the dressing room wall. Old hat or a real motivational tool?

Exactly.

That's what worries me about Sunday. I'm sure the likes of Barton, Fleck and Nouble are more talented than most of the Crawley side, but you see what happens in games when the work ethic of a team is everything.

So am I Otis, so am I but look at it from his perspective. It is a near impossible job with the owners which we have.
