My wife took a call from my stepfather

Hi dear, what size t-shirt does 'Harry' wear? 'Probably safest with large', says my wife.

'Good' says my stepfather, 'i've seen a pack of 2 t shirts on line, and I wanted one'

So that's going to be my birthday present from my mum and stepfather, one half of a 2 pack t shirt.
My stepfather is 86 - looking forward to unwrapping it and stepping out in matching t shirts - not! (did cause me to chuckle, though!)

Got a Laurel and Hardy box set... whilst I do like watching a bit of L&H .. at no point have I ever mentioned this to my mother.... but it was deemed suitable as my Xmas present. I’m not even sure I have a DVD player anymore!!!! Anyways.... bloke down the local was made up after he expressed an interest and I duly delivered it to him the next day.

Got an apron from my mum which looks like a tin of tomato soup. I hate cooking and I hate tomato soup. No thought or care went into it!

Only two months ago, my dad gave my niece a used, half empty bottle of talcum powder as a birthday present.

We did a secret Santa thing from work a couple of years ago £10 limit
I got a lead for an iPhone no plug just the lead

One Christmas my sister in law got me a medium sized tank top I haven’t been in medium clothes since I was about 16 , my wife took it back to the shop for a refund only to discover it cost £3 in a sale . It was then we decided to stop getting presents

Remember years ago we had a secret Santa at work and my then big, big boss had to get for me.

As she handed me the present she had that look of how happy and excited she was with her choice and I jokingly said ‘It feels like a bar of soap’.

Opened it and it was a bar of soap (insert your own jokes here).

Too be fair it was a fancy one that I think she had got from Goa or somewhere but FFS I was a 19 year old lad with a brush forward Oasis hair style at what point she thought I would want some multi coloured hippy soap I will never know!!!!

Back in the day a lot of 19 year olds would have been more than happy with a bar of soap.
