Well its all about perception is'nt it ,but Cody Mac looked fit enough at the start of the season ,scoring at a ratio of 1in 4 from genuine scoring attempts ,Thats abetter ratio than Mcsheff and slimmer than him too.
Particularly when it's your full time job!
If you honestly think he's had enough games to prove himself fair enough ,I personally don't, like many other players within our squad at the moment i can't see how people can judge when they've barely played a handful of games .He is a resource of this club along with others not fitting in at the moment ,we don'thave the means to mismanage players and waste those resources .Cody Mac is a prime example of a player being mismanaged IMO.Mcsheff is 30 and tbh his best days are behind him he's played at the very top in the Premiership this is the best McDonald will do he will coast the rest of this season before being off-loaded somewhere like York City it's not rocket science to see he's not cut out for it
Who's saying he's unfit ,one poster on this forum ,he was sharp enough in the first 3-4 games of the season under Thorn,admittedly i had him missing a couple i expected him to take ,he's what we've got after Jan ,We need to get him playing and let flourish ,i believe he's capable of doing that .But wingy,if he cant be arsed to get fit who's fault is it? Unless he's fit and we're being lied to?

When was he sharp? Everytime i've seen him play he has been slow, no movement and never hits the ball with enough power...Best goal he has ever scored was against Birmingham in the cup, only moment he has every looked sharp..But then again that was the only time this season the whole team has performed.
