OK got a big admission to make here. Sat here with my 7 year old lad watching the game. Had a great time. Bloody tinpot trophy. I just shed a quick tear thinking about my little boy going to Wemberleeee. First time since 87 when we lifted the FA CUP. Before that was when I was a little boy.

The team was very young and less experienced than Wycombe in the end.

I thought Turnbull was really good. Given the slack Reilly has had he showed massive energy and commitment throughout.

Jones for once engaged his brain.

Slade has an impossible job and the club will be relegated. He took it on and I feel he deserves his brief day in the sun as well.

His tactics were spot on.

He has to play this goalkeeper though from now on in. He is vastly superior and gives some semblance of confidence to the back four.

Long time since I was able to actually watch a game, I can see more clearly the issues. I thought the Ref was fine, too much head football, too little awareness of where everybody is, I was looking at the back lines when we were under pressure and there was definite disorganisation.

Good to see a win but also need to remember this is against a 4th division team with a low budget for their division

Como my fellow Sky Blue, we are bottom of division three by a mile we are a very poor team but tonight can't we just celebrate getting to Wembley for the third time in 134 years.?
