They only had to support Cov if they wanted to live inside the house!

More than reasonable I would have thought.....

On the hill.

They can't cordon it off, theyd need 1000 officers to cordon it all off.

I think it has been in the past for NT games...just repeating what a NT fan told me before this season started...

easy answer.

NO WAY ever would I attend a game at Northampton. NO CIRCUMSTANCES whatsoever.

Yes Wolves is always a big game, second to Villa.

Sick of posts like this (and not just the bad spelling).

By far the majority of the venom comes from those claiming to be persecuted.

Edit: on topic: no I wouldn't go. Hill or TV for me. Same as if in a hypothetical next season where we getting promoted to the Prem. While we're not in Cov I'm away only.

Of course I'd hope for playoff final and would probably break NOPM for Wembley as I'm more against paying to go to Northampton than I am paying Sisu full stop.

Take all of the past history of both clubs, Wolves are seen by some of the older City fans still as our main rivals, as I suppose In the same way I see Vile/Fester...

So lets say we need to win this game to either make the play offs or better still go up automatically (although I would love a day at Wembly) I would go, I would honestly like to know from the NOPM die hards on here, if you could get a ticket would you go? and the same question to all the KCIC and Jimmy's Hill lot?

Please be honest as you can, we all know no matter what your stance something as important and as memorable as this would be hard to resist for even the most ardent of SISU hater...

Absolutely no chance. I am the most ardent of SISU hater: I'm not in the slightest bit interested until we're playing home games in Coventry. By the end of the season, I will probably have forgotten the club even exists!

For clarity I will never go to Sixfields. That would be condoning SISU. I have been resolute about NOPM for SISU. As I said earlier, If SISU return us to the RICOH this season, then I may reconsider that position. I am actually really hoping that SISU cause me that dilemma. That would mean progress off and on the field of play.

I come from near Wolverhampton and most of my friends supported them - always the biggest game of the season for me.

I'll be at Molineux, but not at Sixfields.

Given that senario we could easily fill the Ricoh twice over with the City and Wolves fans that would want to go. I do hope things get sorted by then and a game which could go down as one of our biggest in History isnt played out at a venue that Wolves on the day could fill on their own.

We played Wolves in that never to be forgotten game in 67. That was also the penultimate game of the season but it was in Coventry.
KCiC.
I will, like the vast majority, never watch a 'home'match in Northants.

Having been born shortly after the '87 final, I have waited a long time for us to have a single, solitary, positive end to a season (I am discounting last-day escapes here obviously).

It would break my heart, but I wouldn't go to Sixfields.

I am never going to Northampton.
This will not change no matter what the circumstances.
I would still not go if it was the quarter final of the Fa cup against Manchester United.

i will be honest not emotional

I have been to at least 90% of home games every season for 40 years (season tickets in about half of them)
I usually do between 2-5 away games

I have not been to sixfields and have no intention of going
I will be at Port vale

However, if we were to get a play off semi, or final at Wembley - I could not honestly say I would not be there

Not for sisu sake, but for my sake, and all the shit (87 asides) - that i have watched for the last 40 years

There would be a big decision to make

I am 100% KCIC - and 99% NOPM (if that can exist) - eg I bought my vale ticket from the club (as have most others)

I can honestly say hand on heart I would not go, either to the Wolves game, a semi final or play off final or Man Utd at Sixfields in the Cup. I no doubt appreciate they would be sell out games but I have my morals and I will never forgive SISU for taking CCFC to Northampton, I couldnt give a shit about the politics around it, it did not need to happen and until they leave and CCFC are back at the Ricoh I will not go to any game regardless of the competition or opponent.
