Wilson to score the winner, lifting up his shirt to show a picture of Jimmy hill in a newcastle shirt whilst windmilling his cock.

Over two legs, I think we’ll batter Sunderland. They won’t want to be playing us away in the first leg at all.

I keep thinking about how we should approach the 2nd leg which is mental because that will be dictated by the result of the first leg but thinking about the 2nd leg is stressing me out!

I think we will win on Friday.

The away leg is going to be tricky, so I would like a two goal advantage to take to their place.

I’m going for 2-0 to us at home and either a 1-0 defeat or 1-1 away.

That will do nicely

I think winner over the 2 legs is going to be determined by how wasteful we are, and whether we manage to put our chances away. An efficient performance could see us score 3 or 4, but even against Boro we showed how wasteful we can be. We're going to give away chances, so we need to make sure we're ruthless up top.

Think we need to win the semi's at our place. Our away record is dreadful, and if we go up there with a narrow lead, I think we'll fail.

lampard got derby through the the semis, he’s managed Chelsea in big games, we’ve got players used to the pressure of these games now, wolves, Man Utd even yesterday, that experience is massive,

Over confidence here is worrying. This is a tough ask. They will be right up for it and recent form not all that relevant in what is effectively a cup tie.

Not at all convinced we must take a win up there either. We struggle away from home against physical shithouse sides; but against teams that try to play we're effective (think Boro, Swansea and this lot in the league). Game up there is very winnable, but not sure we can predict that we roll up and batter them Friday. Will be tight and tense I think, but then my predictions recently at home have been shocking, so who knows.

I maintain the 2nd half at the SoL was one of our best 45 minutes of the season.
Wonder if Lampard will lean on that at all or whether he will think we're in different times now.

I definitely don't get the over confidence

I don’t think we should underestimate just how beneficial the experience of playing at Wembley last season could be if we get there again.

Pretty sure Lampard won’t let that happen, he got it spot on Saturday, we always used to bottle games like that but players are used to that atmosphere now, it used to be a bit much for us, now it’s the norm, experience in games like the next 2/3 as a player and manager is huge, go to their place with a lead and the pressures all on them,

We seem to step it up for games like this now, I’m not getting over confident but our Record against them on top of the form they’re in we won’t get many better chances, got to fancy us

To be fair we've been turning up for big games for a while now, not all of them, but it used to be a given we'd blow it.

I'm still really concerned by our high line, not at the CBS, but at the SoL and Wenbley, should we get there

I mean more the experience of the Man Utd game. I think it’ll stand us in good stead, especially considering what happened.

same As you away forms the worrying bit, but look how we defended with 10 men against Luton,, any lead we take there would be huge but we did it the hard way last time against Mboro, got Another good feeling about Friday, can see another 3-0, atmosphere will be another level from Saturday, its a tough place to come now

Just cant help seeing positives all over for the 2 games, their form has to be a major worry for them, they looked great start of the season, I know theyv‘e eased up a bit but you can’t just find it again and turn it back on, we got into them from the start last time, looked like they didn’t fancy a battle, our midfields better since that game,

I got my ticket for Friday. Unfortunately my Dad won’t be able to make it and usually gives me a lift back to the station. Can anybody tell my where to get the quickest bus back to Coventry station as my train leaves at 22.40?

You're best getting the shuttle bus back to the station (free with your match ticket) that goes from the other side of Tesco at full time.
