Very true. Not the refs fault we lost today

Lameiras and agyei .... my word. Both won't be playing professionally in 2 years I predict.

Scunthorpe too clever and sly. We badly need a striker who can hold the ball up and link play. I wouldn't be extending agyei's loan in jan

Agyei and Wright are not good enough.
Reid and Jones have no where near enough end product.

When you are using these four players over 90 minutes you are going to struggle to be effective going forward.

How did we play?

Fair result or did we deserve something?

If this season teaches us anything it should be that 1 good striker is better than 4 mediocre ones.

Quick Breakdown:
- Ref was infuriating
- Venus got the Starting XI horribly wrong
- He also got the subs wrong
- They had two chances all game, scored one of them
- We wasted the entire first half. Worst we've played all season.
- Agyei was awful, 0/10. Wright only marginally better
- I am hopping off the Venus for Manager train
- Threw away a point

We should have won, smash and grab from Scunthorpe

We had better chances, it's like when we played awful but won and didn't deserve to.

Excellent first half performance but slightly slow for the first 15 of second
Strange subs even though Ruben was gash he could have had 2
Ref, well what can you say.
They are very much like Southampton and Norwich when they got out of this league conning referees.
They won't go up on that showing.
We should be doing Sunday training until they discover where the net is, unforgivable finishing.

I thought we were really poor in the first half.

They are a better team than us

Lameiras is utter utter garbage. I'm honestly amazed he makes a living as a footballer. He's weak as piss, no fight, slow, no end product, the list goes on and on

They took their chance and played the ref game, we didn't take ours.

We worried them when running at them, so runen centre forward was strange

Much better with Sordell up front

We bossed it Grendel and could have scored two or three with decent finishing.

Their number 12, he was the one who had Madison in his pocket all game last time.

Stupid front 3 choice for us

Turnball should have been off.
Sterry should have used his foot.
Sordell down the middle not the wing.
1-0 that could have easily been a draw. Against top of the league.

Sounds like we should've kept a few of those that performed in the week in the side. Had a feeling we'd lose today anyway, so 1-0 ain't so bad.

Send the loan forwards back in Jan and spend it on a left sided forward.

So who should have played.
3 lightweights or three allegedly stronger specimens against a team like that?

Clearly over the season they have been better than us as they are top of the league.

For todays 90 more minutes we were better than them.

Bigi absolutely brilliant today, covered every blade of grass and did all the pressing the strikers should have done

Maybe because non of the forwards were making any runs for him. He hit 2 or 3 switches that everyone would be going crazy over if Pogba did them.

Anyway that was a decent game of football
The first time in ages there was an atmosphere and a crowd increase.
Bring on the next that was a blip.

Yep. From where I was sitting I thought we played very well.

I was sitting in a hotel room in Finchley though and couldn't get a stream, so it is just a thought.

How was Burge?

I can't understand how they are top on that showing, number 8 spent half the game on the floor and the other half in the refs ear. I thought we were the better side today but we do lack a good centre forward. Onwards and upwards

He does the difficult things well and the simple things badly. Which is why Stevenson will have a far better career.

Fail to see how that correlates? Both play totally different roles in midfied.

Willis at fault for the goal running forward twenty yards instead of staying in position. Agyei poor. Reid looked dangerous. Jones v frustrating
