Olympiakos are close to signing Lukas Jutkiewicz from Coventry. The striker is well wanted by a number of Championship clubs but is keen on European football, with a move to Greece very much possible now.

Reading have bid 4m for Coventry's Jukiewitz to fill the shane long void

10 Aug 2011 21:16:55
Coventry City owners Sisu have re-arranged their meeting with former vice-chairman Gary Hoffman and his backers. Hoffman wants to take over the club.
Burnley set to make new bid for Coventry striker Lukas Jutkiwieicz. Birmingham set to make new bid for Coventry defender Ben Turner. Coventry manager Andy Thorn unlikely to see much of the money.

10 Aug 2011 19:37:06
Jay Rodriguez will not be joining Southampton neither will Danny Fox. As they both have just signed new deals at Turf Moor. Burnley are short on strikers and as they are keeping Jay Rodriguez and have Charlie Austin, Eddie Howe wants to replace Chris Iwelumo and injured Martin Paterson. Burnley have been reported to sign Danny Ings from Bournemouth and we are going to up our bid to sign Lukas Jutkiewicz from Coventry

09 Aug 2011 18:39:47
If Birmingham City sign Darren Carter that will be a step backwards. He is not good enough for Blues anymore. Forssell will be an interesting signing but I have lost touch with how he is doing since moving to Germany. Any more news on possible transfer of Ben Turner from Coventry.

09 Aug 2011 01:13:25
Coventry have asked Wolves about Sylvan Ebanks-Blake on a season loam, but want Wolves to continue to pay his wages.

08 Aug 2011 13:28:39
From sources at Coventry:
Sammy Clingan rated as "highly unlikely" to leave this side of the January window.
Birmingham in with a £3-million offer for Ben Turner, but Coventry asking for guarantees of Birmingham's ability to pay. If Turner goes, it will hasten departure from Birmingham of Scott Dann, giving Coventry a further £1-million sell-on bonus.
Manager Andy Thorn will be given £500,000 of those funds to complete signing of Adam le Fondre from Rotherham.
Coventry have asked Wolves about Sylvan Ebanks-Blake on a season loam, but want Wolves to continue to pay his wages.
Coventry NOT interested in Sunderland defender George McCartney.

08 Aug 2011 10:51:23
Birmingham to bid 3m for Ben Turner, if coventry do sell, le fondre could be on his way in.

07 Aug 2011 21:11:33
Adam Le Fondre joining Coventry in exchange for Callum Wilson

07 Aug 2011 21:06:53
Coventry will sell Sam Clingan in order to sign Oxford striker James Constable.

07 Aug 2011 12:46:29
Nottingham Forest: Maclaren is interested in Sammy Clingan from cash-strapped Coventry but has been told that no new funds will be available until January.
Entirely possible that Clingan will move to Forest on a free when his contract expires in the summer.
Maclaren has been forced to accept he can't have the 9 players he wanted to re-shape the squad.

06 Aug 2011 21:38:35
coventry city have made an offer for oxford striker james constable, with coventry's callum wilson and cyrus christie going on loan to oxford as part of the deal.

06 Aug 2011 10:28:30
Coventry came close to landing Adam le Fondre from Rotherham this week - cash + played, thought to be Roy O'Donovan, but Rotherham prefer defender Richard Wood (who comes from South Yorkshire, ex-Sheffield Wednesday).

So deal has stalled but may be renewed next week. Wednesday are the only other club in the race for le Fondre now - Watford are looking elsewhere.

06 Aug 2011 02:29:19
Liverpool are looking to take advantage on cash strapped coventry with a 2m bid for Connor Thomas and youngster Matt Wright

06 Aug 2011 02:27:53
coventry will sign wolves sylvain eblainks-blake after the wolves striker refused a new deal. ccfc have agree a 1yr loan deal with a view to a full signing

So from that we can deduce that Jukebox is going to Greece, Reading and Burnley.

He can play for Reading on Tuesdays, Burnley on Wednesdays and be home for the weekend in Olympiakos.

hahaha okay. Well its was merely an attempt to try and get info from other people. So, heard of anything else? or is it just sell, sell, sell and no reinvestment?

I have a feeling that Nick from SBT may be signing for CCFC. Keep your eyes on footballrumours in the next couple of hours.

How does this even pass as a rumour? It's some 14 year old giving his opinion.

My bit of speculation is that Dann will be going to Arsenal. Taken from skysports This will give us enough cash to sign a striker or two

The one I do believe is that our board want Sylvan Blakes on loan but only if Wolves to pay for him. Typical Sisu always want something for nothing total W@nkers.

Football-rumours is about as reliable as a verbal contract from Marlon King.

I hope we do get some money from the Scott Dann deal but doubt we will.

Fart in a glass, sniff it and the first footballer you then think of, link with Coventry.

That's more accurate than football-rumours.
