Keys was and is right. I have never doubted him. You can also see by the statement sisu have stood by their word. Its the council that are the problem

Is that because they would not let SISU get their hands on the Ricoh? Or is it because they would not let SISU pay a fraction of the rent on the contract so they could get rent below rateable value? They knew what the rent was. They seem to be looking for reasons not to be blamed for everything that has gone wrong.
