Looks like his brother was prisoned for sending him money:

Have seen films and documentaries about the drones, really surreal stuff with a bloke in a hut in the desert in America flying things about the other side of the world.

I'm hijacking this thread to Express utter contempt at the mainstream British TV
giving airtime to those two Scum who aren't British Citizens anymore.
Allowing them to promote a plea for a 'Fair trial'.
Where on earth is their (TV),consideration for the surviving Family members of the victims.
I see we've started prosecuting returning fighters of the KYP in the last month or so too,at the request of that bastion of democracy that is Erdogan.

If they are terrorists, they should count their blessings they are alive and not hanging from a motorway bridge.

I'm a great believer in due process but these pair test my resolve on that one.
Would be best for everyone if they ended up buried in the Syrian desert.

Heard James Foleys mother talking about them earlier, she rightly sounded furious about their attitude.

The rule of law is the bedrock of modern western society. It’s what separates us from the brutish fundamental Islamist. Give them a fair trial, punish them in accordance to the law and show to the world that we’re better than these zealots.

Yeah I understand that it's the affected families having to listen and see this crap that bothers me .

Don't like the Idea their plight has taken precedence over the death of a Special Forces operative in theatre yesterday either.
That seems dubious to me when there are 12000SDF and Turks massing around Manbij looking like it's fate is to be the same as AFRIN.
