We lose today and we're out the playoffs and out of form too .. so yes form matters at this point to a degree

What I mean is the form book can and does flip on its head in the increasingly high stakes games. It can bring the best or worst out of a side.

Yeah I already said other than Allen for sheaf at hull which did stand out to me. But wouldn't put the equaliser down to it that's all

I don't think I mind a draw at all today, as long as we can score quite a few goals to improve our goal difference.

The pre-game tingle (oo-err missus). Surely this is why we watch the game.

No plot armour, no guarantee of a happy ending, two teams busting a gut to get a result, genuine drama. I love it!

He needs to score, then lift up his shirt to show the t-shirt underneath declaring "Look at what you could have won!"

I’m pleased to see BTA on the bench. He, Raphael and Bassette are all capable of running a tiring defence ragged.

Only one goalkeeper on the bench this time. How strange

For what it's worth:

I had a dream wherein BTA (who also was kitted out as Batman) came on as a late sub to score the 1-0 winner.
My dream also included a $3777 bill tab for shrimp and alcohol brunch beverages, which seemed excessive.

I haven’t seen enough of Raphael to even know what he looks like, let alone how good he is at football!

I pretty sure he doesn't know what he looks like either and he only knows he's a footballer because it states that on his tax returns

Hope you're right. We've had 2 legitimate shouts for penalties (vs Portsmouth and Hull) and offside goals against us (Oxford, Hull etc) which were both ignored by incompetent refs/linos.

Haji Wright was amazing v Sunderland: if he can produce anything like that today, think we will win TBH Simms played well v Hull (received unfair criticism as usual), those 2 turn up today we should be fine despite any other frailties

I’ve always been confused how Bartley made it as a pro. Absolute donkey of a CB.

Let’s hope Simms is on it - his acceleration will expose him.
