Another absolute crazy decision, if true.

What an appalling statement.
Sounds like it's nailed on that Saturday will be his last game.

Frank Lampard: ‘Hahaha yeah right we’re really going to sack him just before a game, wouldn’t be very CLEVER would it haha’

‘But nah seriously as soon as the final whistle goes we’re appointing Alan Pardew.’

Given their antics over the years I don't think they could really care less.

From the Watford forum

I have always had Frank Lampards Coventry as my second favourite team due to my appreciation of the music of Frank Lampards The Specials.

And as a keen historian I’m fascinated by the surviving ruin of Frank Lampards Coventry Cathedral after the bombing of the Luftwaffe ( at the point of writing not yet belonging to Frank Lampard ) .

But also saddened by the demise of the great Frank Lampards Coventry motor industry that gave rise to the historic marques of Franks Lampards Jaguar and Frank Lampards Triumph.

Watford are 8th. What the hell? Seems bizarre unless they are bringing in Klopp

Shows how average the league must be for a team that's taken 4 points from the last 6 games.

clean sheet a priority, the rest will look after itself, unbeaten at home under Frank so keep that run going.

Not got the best of home records against Watford, last beat them at home 2011. Settle for another 1-0 again

A bit misleading given there have only been 3 home fixtures since then, all draws.

I remember that great pass back one of their players did to their keeper only the keeper wasn't there and the ball rolled into the net

4 fixtures actually and yes all 4 were draws, a win in 2011 yes and lost 3 on the bounce at home before that from 2005 to 2011. So not the best recent record in the last 20 years.

Hardest I've laughed at a game. Whoever was in charge of the big screen had a LOL as well. Loads of replays of it after.

The last two Watford home games we have had high scoring draws that we should have, quite frankly, lost. 2-0 down and deservedly so, but they failed to close us out and Godden and Sheaf got us back into it. Last year they were the much the better team in a 3-3 draw. I'd like us to score the goals again, but not let any in this time.

They will bring their usual away fan contingent of less than 1k..might even be as bad as 500 fans. Anyone know how many they sold.

Worth remembering we got a draw at Sunderland with MR having just been sacked, Collins in goal and Lati in midfield. Got to be on it

Massive if we win this. Have said all season that we need to win 3 in a row to turn it around. Big ask though as we know what this league is like - mental.
