Torp unreal

We are doing the simple things right, playing well and are certainly hard to beat. Add Wright and EMC to this team and it gets exciting.

Haji can replace BTA - not sure where EMC fits though

If it’s up to me I would

I can see the logic in not changing a winning team though and they will take time to get back up to speed, so wouldn’t be surprised to see us start games in 5 back and change to 4 if losing.

It's also promising that Lampard is getting results playing in a formation he doesn't favour. Nice to see that flexibility.

Would have been a travesty had we not won that, only criticism can be we have to improve at taking our chances when on top. Still, to win 3 in a row against 3 sides in the top 10 is some doing.

Credit where it is due, I didn’t think this team had it in them.

Great game obviously but the dramatic turn from Lampard before he did the MVE fist bumps to Singers Corner was ABSOLUTE BOX OFFICE

I mean that’s where lamps has to get his tactic book out. Wright is our best player. He has to find a way to accommodate him

What's the point in a new manager if he's not getting more from the players than the old one they cried luckily he is actually doing much better in planet reality. Could maybe ask Stoke what the point was though..

I mean on current form maybe it’s Simms who drops out. I think we’ve got a squad for three up front, Saka EMC and Wright all deserve to start. But if we can’t stop conceding without five at the back…

Crazy how when we do badly people think we’re doing badly and when we do better people think we’re doing better. Agendas.

Did we revert to 5-4-1 effectively when Sakamoto come on? Maybe there’s something in that

3 in a row, 6 off the top six, team looks like it's growing in confidence by the game.

Who says the season has to start in August

It’s imperative we stick with 3ATB - our centre-backs simply can’t compete in a 4, but this formation gives us stability and frees up Torp and Rudoni to focus on getting forward.

Dish it out, you've got to have it back too.

Yeah it a 343 but then you’ve got Rudoni on the left and not sure him and Torp would work in a two in the middle. Nice problems to have though.

Excellent performance, great to see Torp finally showing what a good player he is.
FL and the coaches are doing a very good job on the training pitches

Difference now is if we switch to four at the back, Kitching has been playing regularly and him and Thomas are the more likely two.

Lampard must be in for a shout of Manager of the Month. Only the Norwich defeat that might stop him winning.

Back three were fucking immense, especially Thomas. They were a bunch of pricks and I loved that we were willing to give it back after being far too nice under Robins. I nearly screamed with glee when we started tactical fouling!

Very happy for Torp, it's been tough for him so great to see him dispatch that free kick and get two goals to top a good performance.

And the atmosphere was good today!

I do keep thinking about all the points left on the table but every team has a sob story I guess. Don't think we'd lose any of those games now so lots to be optimistic about.

Covcity4life is always right!!!

Really good performance. Torp motm but rudoni and Allen also did very well.

For me rudoni is better than o hare I have to say overall

I thought bta started delivery but then not in game at all so think the subs were the right ones

Shame not to get clean sheet but that felt like a very comfortable win bar the crazy nervy 80-85 min period. After that we saw game out very well.

Biggest thing for me is the fight. We no longer just tickle players ankles and pretend to try win ball back. We sweep the leg like cobra Kai

No mercy!!

6pts off playoffs
20pts off autos

Yet another exciting season in store hopefully

PUSB
