Westbrooke has a little to offer but is very lightweight, Shipley is as I have said before doing some great things then stupidly giving the ball away, if Kelly is out then I really fear for us because fo a long time now he has been immense....really really big miss

MR Giving a second chance after last week to Westbrooke and Shipley. We’ll see, let’s hope they both stake a claim to keep their places instead of Allen and O’Hare. I think if kelly had been fit one of those would’ve dropped out for Walsh or O’Hare.

If you took the time to listen to Godden’s press conference he said something about if Cal isnt fit which I took to mean O’Hare had picked up a knock. Kelly will be out for some time, hence Walsh.

Did he say Cal or Kel?

Young and inexperienced midfield three makes me nervous. Shipley is the old head amongst them in terms of appearances, and he's still only 21. This will be a real test of character.

With Kelly out and a newbie coming in for a game like this, does not bode well. But who knows? Walsh apparently a good player. I'm very pleased to see Allen on the bench but again not the ideal game to be making a debut if he comes on. Surprised to see O'Hare not starting too.
Hope we can play well, Shipley and co play for a place in the side knowing Allen and co are on the bench.
Could be a tough afternoon.
Had Walsh, Allen and O'Hare been in the side I would have had more confidence. Who knows Walsh my play a blinder and Shipley knock one in from 25 yards.

Walsh is tiny he’s not going to replace what Kelly gives the team shit one Kelly is out how long we don’t even know, feeling we will be beaten today

Walsh is a tough bugger who's played 40 odd times in men's football so he should give a good account of himself
Kasteneer isn't wildly popular with his team mates so far
He needs to start playing less for himself and more for the team

Out of interest why the predictions for such a high attendance? If it’s around 7,000 it will beat some Ricoh attendances from the league 2 season.

I reckon he’s not fit to start after hobbling around after the game on Tuesday

We are at home, have had as good a start as them, not conceded at home yet, why would we settle for a draw before the game has even started?

Absolute fucking mystery to me. I'd have him starting.
Though I'm sure Robins is a bit more clued up than me

Going to be tough without Kelly and Mason, think we might lose this. 2-0 Blackpool.

Kelly is a clear loss, but Walsh is a more than adequate replacement. Footballing wise he’ll be as good, just not as much leadership or experience as Kelly.

Slightly disappointed not to see O’Hare, and worried about creativity and controlling the game. But O’Hare and Kasteener could be game changers from the bench, albeit Kasteener needs to step up.

I’d have had Biamou over Bakayoko, as Biamou also means a change of formation/tactics if needed as he has a defined role, whereas I’m not sure what style of player Bakayoko is.

No need for negativity, I think we’ll have enough as long as we play football!!

Russian doll. Bayliss won’t be as good as Maddison and Westbrooke won’t be as good as Bayliss. Just a feeling.

Really pissed off. Only just got in. Couldn't get into car park despite having a season ticket. Apparently too many scouts and press have been let in and have used up all the spaces. Bit argument with parking manager and other fans behind me. One bloke behind me threatened to crash his car through the gates!

I don’t think it’s long. 2 more weeks maximum. I think he’ll be back for Burton.

Blackpool are missing Thompson who has been a starter in their previous 2 games, so they have made a change as well.
Got a feeling we will win this well.
