I think we got a break at the right time, a few weeks for Rudoni to get match fit, EMC to recover from concussion...slight concern over how Wright comes back but it didn't do Dasilva any harm and if anything the games for Wales seem to be helping him.I'm always a bit worried after an international break , as i think momentum could be an issue however a 2-1 win for City Goal from Torp and Simms and hopefully a 15/20 minute cameo from Rudoni
With all due respect to her but why should we listen to her about ticket prices? The historical impact of head injuries on professional footballers yes, the economics of ticket pricing not so muchWhen Dawn Astle (MBE) lays the boot in on match ticket pricing strategy, I think it’s time for a complete overhaul of your business plan.
Come on Doug, get a grip - You’re making us all look silly.
Wright wasn't playing that well anywayI think we got a break at the right time, a few weeks for Rudoni to get match fit, EMC to recover from concussion...slight concern over how Wright comes back but it didn't do Dasilva any harm and if anything the games for Wales seem to be helping him.
He's transitioning to being known as Dai.
My comment was somewhat tongue in cheek. With all due respect to her but why should we listen to her about ticket prices? The historical impact of head injuries on professional footballers yes, the economics of ticket pricing not so much
There's always a reason behind these things. We can discount the 'he's not very good' line so is it down to fitness, psychology, missing Rudoni from the side or a combination? I'd hoped his last call-up would've given him an added boost after he scored some cracking goals, but he came back well below par.Wright wasn't playing that well anyway
Don’t think he works with BTA playing central. He needs service. When Rudoni comes back in I bet he starts scoring again. There's always a reason behind these things. Maybe he comes back from a below-par international break all fired up? Hope so.
These nobheads do have an annoyingly good record against us to be fair. Hopefully this weekend we can go some way to rebalancing that!West Brom pretty confident of surprising us and don’t think we’re any good
They are 14th in the away league

I have read they are generally expecting a "bumming".
people on a forum, the ones I know in real life aren't confident at allWest Brom pretty confident of surprising us and don’t think we’re any good

It's a poor league so far this year, in fairness. I can't be arsed to look back, but it must have been a long time since the 3 teams relegated from the PL all had such a poor start. The rest of the bunch aren't much cop either (Stoke were apparently the 2nd best team in the league the other week).West Brom pretty confident of surprising us and don’t think we’re any good

That's not taking it away from us playing as well as we've played in decades, but throwing in some balance (my opinion of balance anyway).
Quality at the top end of the league. Average teams, with many players that would struggle to cut it in the PL. However blinkered you would like to see it, we're above an average bunch at the minute.Poor league based on what? Why do people always judge it as a poor league when the relegated teams don’t start so well?
It’s not poor at all.
By gaw, that was a proper day out!
It would be about 15 quid from Nuneaton train station to the CBS in an uber. Or you could walk five mins to the bus station and get on the 148 which goes to Longford and costs 3 quid for a single. The buses are every 10 mins or soI didn’t want to start a new thread just for this query!… I’m getting the train from the North West on Saturday morning to Nuneaton as it’s the quickest. Usually I stay with family for the weekend and I’ve never been to the CBS via Nuneaton.
Other than catching the once an hour train to the arena, does anyone from Nuneaton area have any advice on best transport to the arena or how much a taxi would be? Thanks in advance.

Doesn't help that the 3 relegated were abysmal. That's just carried on.It's a poor league so far this year, in fairness. This has been happening for a while in Serie A too. They dont need pauses in game play anymore for adverts. I watch a fair few South African and Asian streams and they simply minimise the live footage to a portion of the screen and have adverts in the remaining space. Won't be long before we get that.
Sky are already doing it in Australia:

Dont agree it's a poor league.
This league has never had the likes of Birmingham/Wrexham and Charlton who also spent about 10million go up.
Its crazy competitive. Id argue it's never been so competitive top to bottom if you disregard Wednesday.
