We were excellent that season outside of that terrible opening. Only lost one of the last 17 iirc, were great on that run in with thumping wins at Huddersfield, Blackpool and QPR, conceded fewer than all but the top 3. We were well worthy of the 5th place finish. Great spirit and greater than the sum of our parts, but not sure we 'scraped in'.
