Just an update

05/04/14 the lads played Milton Keynes at home. The first half not at their best and conceded a late equaliser 1:1 at halftime. Second half the lads clicked in to gear and ran out comfortable winners 4:1

12/04/14 vs Peterborough. One the grittiest performances of the season. The lads had to dig deep against a Posh side that did not make it easy. CCSFC 2 vs Posh supporters 0

last three games have seen 20 goals scored and 1 conceded. The lads sit in the top 10 in the national league but the table has yet to reflect the last three wins.

nope just the league hasn't added the points for the three wins on yet http://www.internetfootball.org.uk/ifa-stats/2013-14/2013-14-ifa-british-league-table/ so table is out of date

points system little odd ...... 3 for a win 2 for a draw 1 for a loss

No Nick. The lads play in the local Sunday League.

They pay for their own travel and pay match fees to pay for kit etc. Except the Trust sponsored the away kit this year

matches usually in morning then go support CCFC in afternoon. One or two of the players in season have gone to Sixfields "home" matches. But the decision is left up to the individual players with no come backs. Most of the lads only go to CCFC away games.

They're still Coventry City fans, all this divisive shite and looking to blame other fans lets the real culprits off the hook.

Out of interest OSB, where do they play our home matches? Northampton or Coventry? Just to be clear I'm not asking in the interest of causing division.

I think dons comment was tongue in cheek .......

the lads are there because they support CCFC we don't tell them how to support...... just need them to play football to the standards we have set them but above all to enjoy playing for ccsfc

No there isn't, it's a thread about Richard Shaw's goal being better than Alberto's.

How dare you.

Indoor football's ace, but you need to make sure you're playing with the heavier ball. Playing with an outdoor ball and it's a nightmare.

i hate it! we played with the large tennis ball and its just so shite. hard to control,no finesse, balls bounce for ages etc

i love outdoor astro 5 a side with a proper leather ball

A proper indoor one should have much less bounce to it, I've played with the kind of ball you describe and it does completely ruin the game.
