You make your own luck. 3 points were needed and 3 points is what we got. Onwards and upwards.

Another amazing moment at the CBS

We looked like early season covnfirs rhalf. Should have been 3 or 4 up. Sucker punched at the end

Second half way disjointed. Onyenka going off didn't help but imo that was more to do with torp taking a while to get going rather than us not being able to do anything without onyenka

Simms did all I ever want him to do and worked hard and he made that winner. Brill from rudoni who was great all game. I was sinckine with it and just had to wait to make sure it was within the posts. One of the most memorable goals in city history I bet.

Even if we hadn't scored I would have said don't bed wet cos it's a good performance overall and don't count chickens cos it can all change week to week. But we did score and whilst my message remains the same it's very hard not to think this might be out year

PUSB

First half we should have won by a mine, second half we did nothing.

Overall we should have won but we shouldn't have needed to rely on a lucky late winner.

A lucky late winner has got me fucking buzzing though!!!!

What a week 3 wins 9 points, can't get any better. We looked shattered in the second half but didn't stop trying, this is what champions do, fight till the game is won. PUSB .

Just realised my mistake that we once won division 2 and this is the division 1 trophy.

We have never had this beautiful old lady in our cabinet.

We definitely put the fans through it, but its not like we don't have a record of scoring late on .... They didn't deserve anything from it and really cant have complains..

We are a side that create chances no matter the state of the game

Lampard has an unreal ability to just stack wins when he gets going like nothing ive ever seen. We go through spells where we just relentlessly pick up points and move past/away from everyone.

Annoyingly yes because I feel like we could play every couple of days now and win.

I guess we're stuck with following Ipswich and Boro games.

Robins was streaky but Lampard's streaks are unbelievable.

Broke winning records twice in two seasons.

Every chance the next two are home games and probably wins and that would be think the third run of six or more wins, which was a record when we first did it IIRC

Its an incredibly useful knack to have. Knack is probably selling it short but you know what i mean.
Take it to 6 again and we're nearly there really.

For those who don't believe in karma....

Their keeper goes down with an imaginary injury. Their keeper goes searching for a ball when one was put in place instantly getting himself a yellow card. Their keeper sets Rudoni up for our winner deep into injury time

I think their keeper was outstanding generally. His kicking was spot on, made some crucial saves and had a great starting position. He kept them in it until that last goal, which was partly his fault.

72 goals from 35 games = 2.057142857 goals per game.

11 games left x 2.057142857 = 22.6285714285 more goals.

72 + 22.6285714285 = 94.6 goals approx. by the end of the season. Can we get to 100?

Felt like it took a lot longer for the ball to go in from the ground.
Thought the ball was in the air for about 5 minutes

Look. I’m very, very drunk. But…. KISS MY FACE.

the mistake of going to a friends to listen to the match when all he’s making is cocktails. Terrible.

Supported this bunch of bandits for almost 50 years and I am bloody loving it.
