I suspect it will be tougher than many think. I think we need to use the squad and get more energy and intensity early on. Get the crowd going.

If Haji's taking to the field with a groin injury whilst Simms sits on the bench that's mad.

He's not injured obviously. He needs a lot of time to get his body and mind going at the required levels again.

Yeah, there’s some short memories. It wasn’t long ago some fans were disappearing early or booing when oxford came here, shoved 11 behind the ball and nicked a 0-0

Sheff Wed have shown a lot of heart considering they’ve been nailed on for going down for most of the season. Hopefully we get an early goal or two and take it from there though

I think this should be a game to suit Simms, who always seems to get goals against poorer sides, and also giving more minutes to Esse and Markelo. I'd also give KKH a start. Probably start pretty strong though to try and put the game to bed before resting players, and depends on how Saka and Onyeka are as they looked to be struggling a bit towards the end. Might be a good game to give Allen a run off the bench late on to get him one away from 200 appearances.

Rushworth
KKH Thomas* Lati Dasilva
Onyeka (Allen/Eccles) Grimes (Torp)
Sakamoto (Markelo) Rudoni (BTA) EMC (Esse)
Simms

Subs: Wilson, Kitching*, MvE, Allen/Eccles, Torp, BTA, Esse, Markelo, Wright

I can't see any way that MVE is rested.

FL will undoubtedly pick his strongest side in order to get us over the line.

Start with the best 11 and then if we are a couple of goals up, then is the time to look at the likes of KKH.

Won't be easy; they've not really folded for anyone recently.

We can't take the piss. Strongest team until it's in the bag.

Jerry Yates to score but hopefully it’s only a consolation and we are already 3 or 4 nil up by then.

It's about time Yates scored a hattrick of own goals. It's more than overdue

I’m that confident we will win this, that I’d say if Sheffield Wednesday draw or win @Brighton Sky Blue will buy everyone who likes this post a pre match beer at the Wrexham game .

Sorry but I disagree. Best side out wins easily, but the side against Derby with players ready to finish it off if needed for me. Keep the energy levels up if needed.

Don’t mind bringing on the odd player for a run out once a game is well put away.. but we should be playing our best team at all other times looking for the highest points total we can get …

It would be very awkward if for some reason we lost this game....

Should be straight forward but Frank must impress on them that this is not over yet.

They're the worst the league has ever seen, amd weve scored 84 goals at a game that will all but seal it

That's exactly what the Leicester fans thought.

Fit feels like a cup game against a lower league team. I think it's far more tricky than most are assuming. It would be so on message for us to gift them their second win of the season as a result of complacency.
