That said, can you imagine the state of our midfield had we sold Sheaf and failed to strengthen? Actually I don’t need to, we saw it at Sunderland.Really starting to look like a missed opportunity. Whatever you think of Robins going at this point, I don't think his decision to convince Sheaf to hang around another year helped him one bit. Would have been better with the cash with all use he's been this season.

Eccles I think would let emotion get the better of him sometimes so I think there’s an argument for stripping Sheaf of the captaincy, get him working on his game, and allow Lati the armband instead.If Sheaf stood up to be coubted in the way Lati did at Sunderland he might find the move he's craving comes a step nearer.
