It's just not a dive. Whether it's enough contact for a pen is debatable, but it's absolutely not a dive.

I’m obviously biased, but slow motion replay looks like a soft penalty to me.
BTA could see the contact coming (studs to right ankle) so lifted his his left leg off the ground so his standing ankle wouldn’t be badly hurt.
There was only slight contact to his ankle in the end.
Probably a penalty for me.
