TBH I was being a bit of a pedantic arsehole making a point about how what you had written could be misinterpreted. If you had been a bit more wordy by saying “played a weakened Ipswich team” it would have been 100% obvious what you meant, so this entire thread would have been significantly shorter and therefore less wordyWe didn’t have 7 or 8 of our starting 11.
