Yet referees have been instructed to allow more contact and physicality this season

Oh don’t get me wrong - I’m delighted. We needed a new goalkeeper. Just I’d wanted one that was significantly better than what we had

The ball had gone, Kitching took him out to get him back for fouling Thomas. It wasn't soft. The one against Milan was though.

My take is, he maybe could have done a little better, but some on here were calling it a howler

Hardly a howler.

He will have switched off, 7-0 up at the death, he was already down the tunnel.

Yup. I didn't blame him at all for it. I do think he might have got something on it, but I don't think he was ever going to save it

Our front five are all contributing and scoring goals and we have Saka , Simms and Rapha as back up . Things are looking good

and we do, he can make saves that Wilson or Collins don't have a hope of making.

He needs to work on his concentration but that is easily fixable.

Insanity. Reminded me loads of Brazil v Germany in 2014, they were poor, we were ruthless and donated a goal at the end.

Terrific day, buzzing

That was 5-0 at halftime as well and ended 7-1 also.

Concentration is an integral skill in a goalkeeper. It doesn’t matter today. Nor did it in hindsight against Derby.

He’s played 4 games for us, and cocked up in 3. I really hope it’s out of his system when we don’t play shite teams

I know we're only 3 games in, but two players as joint highest scorer in the Championship with 3, and two players second-highest with 2. And one player joint top assist maker with 3, and one joint second highest with 2.

Shame about the not getting a clean sheet yeah, but I’d stop flapping about Rushworth’s quick lapse of concentration before making yourself look more stupid

We've looked far more dangerous with the more direct and unpredictable BTA than Sakamoto the last two games

It must be a nightmare for opposing managers. How do you stop our attack when it's this fluid? So many threats from so many areas. Wright, EMC, BTA, Rudoni, Torp, all are capable of scoring from fast, one-touch play, and then you have Big Bobby Thomas who can nod them in from set-pieces. I'm starting to think we're actually pretty good.

What a day ,in 2018 I arrived in Seoul in Jan, BA left my luggage in London and it was minus 11 and we lost to Exeter or someone away 1-0. Magical days like this ease all that pain. What a fucking glorious day.

Absolutely rampant in attack. Onto every loose ball in packs. Best I’ve seen us for a long time. Lots of variety in our goals as well. Torp really maturing into a special player this season.
