They were on the beach by the looks of itPreston were utter fucking garbage tonight, truly abysmal top to bottom from first man to the last (apart from a couple of their subs who seemed up for it), a miserable performance start to end from them but these are the kinds of games that used to make us wilt and tonight demonstrates why we're going up as Champions. Elite organisation, effort, efficiency and commitment from everyone. Grimes and Onyeka were phenomenal. Kitching was fantastic. Simms exactly what we needed up top against a team like this. What a night!

Completely saved Wright for Saturday. This was a masterclass of a team structure in control of what it's doing. Individually, Asante got minutes again if not too effective. Saka and EMC rested late on. Esse given minutes but I would say he's not in the same headspace as the rest of the players. Markelo looks a prospect with his cameo, particularly his movement was very good. Onyeka saved for saturday - him and Grimes are excellent. Milan saved for saturday. Big shout out to Wolfy...he has took ownership of that spot for me. Starting to look very good. Thamas and him would be a great pairing. Simms derseve a goal but he got 90 minutes which is good. Torp looks quality and his shooting in and around the box just can't be ignored.
Overall routine, and what a night its been with other results. I reckon 4 more wins and a draw will be enough.

Is there anything you won't whinge about?Someone sack the AV man though. Crowd constantly drowned out and not sure what’s going on. Just needs one WLADITT not five a game. Get the crowd singing and let them it’s a football match not an after party.
