I really enjoyed the win. I just don't understand those who rip our own players apart then can't bring themselves to acknowledge anything good that they do.

I thought he had a decent game tonight. Was very unlucky a couple of times. But the biggest bonus was after the battering he got his shoulder held firm.

Amazing finish and win against 12 men (ref was clearly wanting them to win).

I'm not being critical I just thought he missed about 3passes intended for him but didn't anticipate to meet them.

Wright is best running behind or running at players on the wing. Since the Sunderland game all the teams we have played have maked him to stop his running in behind. I am not sure how Hull set up but unless we think we are going to have space to counter quickly, I hope he gets moved out wide where he can effect our attacking play far more.

Get used to it mate . Forums full of posters who dont rate certain players , won't ever give them credit when they play well but will be the first to stick the boot in at the slightest mistake .
It is genuinely pathetic , I just want every player wearing the shirt to play well

He doesn't react or compete to win a lump upfield , he's too passive to play on his own centrally

We will do well to hold onto Rudoni come summer, he is young enough for someone to gamble on him. I have enjoyed watching him and still has loads to come. Really good signing will prove to be a very smart bit of business.

To me the linesman was the dodgiest out of the two. Spotted every infringement we made even when we didn't make one but missed the clear handball in the area. A couple of his offsides looked real dodgy.

I think he is enjoying playing under Lampard and os improving. Unless silly money is on the table we will want to get at least another season from him.

Incredible ending and so pleased for Patterson. It wasn’t pretty but they stuck with it and the switch to two up top and long balls was spot on. Chuffed for Collins too, he looked a lot more composed and his distribution was excellent. Clean sheet will do him the world of good.

This and the Stoke game feel like the play off final season. Despite being in double figures of last minute winners/equalisers over the last few seasons the father and adult son duo next to us still flounce off on 85 minutes declaring “I’ve had enough of this shit”. Mind boggling...

I agree with you there but to me I allow an attacking player more than a defending player. A defending player can't afford mistakes. An attacking player is probing trying to make a goal. He made the chance for our winning goal.

Based on the Leeds game and what happened at Derby it’s clear you can’t rely on the lineos in this league

I'm with the majority in showing my displeasure but also willing to show my support especially when a vilified player helps us to win.

Or refs. The ref should have seen the handball as he was closer. The linesman should have seen it as the player's hand moved a lot after it got hit by the ball.

Not giving the booking for the foul on Sakamoto made even less sense

We looked flat tonight, devoid of ideas. Made the winner so much sweeter as I didn't feel it was coming.

Think the subs were a little too late but thankfully they came.

Agree with a number of earlier posts that wright down the left and Simms up top should have a trial again. And the 442/424 earlier when we are struggling to score.

No writing off EMC, just time for a change.

We looked quite good in that 4-4-2, that moment of link up play between Simms, Wright and EMC was our most promising moment besides the goal.

So much sweeter we score a winner deep in stoppage time after all their time wasting.

Or being obnoxious about the free kick Collins took where he kept making him take it further back. A few times he told him to take it back which totalled a few foot when a GK is going to hit it the length of the pitch.

Compare it to the free kick Hamer scored against us. Took it well forward from where he should have. Just a couple of foot back and it would have been saved. All I want is consistency.

That free kick was clearly in the area yet Collins tried to take it outside the box

Just back in now, that Pato goal was a thing of pure beauty!!! How he kept his composure at that moment in the game is breathtaking.

Yet again a team who only want to push and pull and kick the fuck out of us, aided and abetted by the ever fucking useless Gavin Ward!!!
How many more of these fucking pricks do we have to endure before the season finishes??

Those 3 points are all the sweeter knowing we played against 12 and still won! PUSB

He tried to take it from where the lino was saying it was. That's why.

Still maintain that I’d rather have Simms up front and Haji on the left from the start. EMC didn’t do much wrong but it’s just not working. Ellis can create chaos with his presence, I’m sure even he doesn’t quite know what he’s going to do at times.
What a finish though, I just love pandemonium like that in the crowd!

Bit it was only just outside the box the first time he tried to take it. Hamer took the ball then threw it forward. Nothing happened. Then Dovin got his hand to it but couldn't stop it.

I've had enough of players being shot dead yet sprint the length of the pitch when getting the decision. Then rinse and repeat. They must know the players are taking the piss.
