Judging a keeper off the back of one season (where yes he was very well protected) is foolish. He's 32 years old and most of his career has been warming the bench for lower league clubs. The eye test tells you he's not a good keeper... Should he be in for Collins? The style of play has changed from a conservative 3ATB counter-attacking style, to a more expansive 4ATB possession-based one. Wilson has a skillset that suits the former and doesn’t suit the latter. I'm not sure that a smidge better than Wilson equals magnificent tbf. A lot of clubs have duff backup keepers but you very rarely get a long term injury to a keeper, just the CCFC luck.Collins must be magnificent in training.
