The interviewer was leading him along and he fell into it each time. He never once made reference to what they are doing to rectify the last performance, as if he were just filling in the blanks. He may be a nice bloke and a legend to many of us but he does not sound like someone who knows what to do. He just doesn't seem to be in command of anything. You don't just nod and agree with the interviewer on every point? I take no pleasure in having a go at him, but I'm not getting filled with optimism atm.
