I hope so too. Anyway, at least both strikers are up and running. That's what matters.I think we need to move on from digging deep into how Haji and Simms play.
Regardless of their first touch or whether they look interested or not, they will both score 20+ goals if they still injury free. They are the definition of 20 goal strikers.
And we're going to get hammered by someone too if we don't sort out our defensive mid and cdm issuesSome one is going to get hammered by us soon. We look a very good side and the more the coaches get time with the players the patterns of play will become more frequent. And then the depth will be a big factor going forward.
If they were flawless they play for Liverpool,Arsenal etc ,etc . They are Championship level because they aren't perfect but by god I'm glad they are both ours because they both pose a fantastic goal threatI hope so too. Anyway, at least both strikers are up and running. That's what matters.
And both would nail a spot in a lower PL sideIf they were flawless they play for Liverpool,Arsenal etc ,etc . They are Championship level because they aren't perfect but by god I'm glad they are both ours because they both pose a fantastic goal threat
He's banned from here (although keeps turning back up). You're welcome to keep him.you’re a mullet of a team . Very tidy up front but the back looks a bit of a mess. Think you’ll be right up there but play offs unless you tidy that defence up
Ps can someone come volunteer to collect boosh from our forum now . What a cockwomble he is
We aren't . Look at tonight's stats , they had 2 attempts literally. Both goals were just mistakes which we can eradicate as we gain more confidence. Nothing I saw tonight suggested any team will hammer us , on the contrary I saw a side who will hammer opposition teamsAnd we're going to get hammered by someone too if we don't sort out our defensive mid and cdm issues
On tonight's showing Wright can play in the Premier leagueAnd both would nail a spot in a lower PL side
And now he’s turning up on CWR as well! Heaven help us all!!!He's banned from here (although keeps turning back up). You're welcome to keep him.
Made some noise but it was either that dreary 'yellows yellows', or stuff from the 1974 Southern League songbook.Oxford fans did quite well
Stevie wonder? And now he’s turning up on CWR as well! Heaven help us all!!!
Coldplay now!🫣Made some noise but it was either that dreary 'yellows yellows', or stuff from the 1974 Southern League songbook.
Have to agree with you, plus the "greatest team the world has ever seen" chant immediately makes you a tinpot team in my view, but they made better noise than many other fanbases who have visitedMade some noise but it was either that dreary 'yellows yellows', or stuff from the 1974 Southern League songbook.
Mostly from your time wasting goalkeeper.
We are going to concede more against the better sides imo. Hopefully when Sheaf returns the midfield is less open . A better side than Oxford would have run through Torp at will tonight. We're 2 additions away from being a complete side in this division but they are in key positionsWe aren't . Look at tonight's stats , they had 2 attempts literally. I think we are going to see some high scoring games this season that is for sureWe are going to concede more against the better sides imo. Hopefully when Sheaf returns the midfield is less open . It was Torp losing the ball and then running back like he was in treacle that lead to their second. He did play some expansive passes but he is unspectacular and we miss Sheaf.Torp still looks like he thinks he has all the time in the world on the ball. Off the ball he has nothing.
It’s a terrible part of the game I don’t like us doing it either the refs need to stamp down on it.Should have been about three free kicks for the time he held the ball.

Full credit to Oxford for playing an open game with an intent to go for it instead of parking the bus.
Have said all preseason I can see them finishing 16-20 in the league. Think their recruitment has been very sensibleActually think Oxford Utd will be fine come end of the season through they were not a bad outfit. They have some fight in them. Respect to them.
I’d pamper herPamper Wright's missus everyone. Don't want her dragging him away.
It's nothing but a positive experience to attend that, and all the others that have gone before, albeit the odd logistical gripe!!Oxford fans seem to be pretty honest bunch on the forum saying some good things about the team and Robins.
The one comment i kept seeing which i don't understand is the you thought they'd won the league ... Im not sure how they celebrate 96 minute winners but im sure it would be the same. Secondly the atmosphere has been very good at our place for a few years now and most in this leagues fans say it. May be they will understand it by the time they do the other 20 odd stadiums.

I take most comments with a pinch of salt, on both sides. I saw a comment by a history-illiterate Oxford fan saying Coventry is only known for being bombed during WW2, that of course is hysterically inaccurate, and many probably think Oxford is only known for its university, which again is not accurate.Oxford fans seem to be pretty honest bunch on the forum saying some good things about the team and Robins.

Think we have been mugged off with mason Clark and assente. Can't see it at the momment
Lucky,lucky, lucky. Don't deserve it.
Was half expecting them to break out '2-4-6-8, who do we appreciate? Oxford!'Made some noise but it was either that dreary 'yellows yellows', or stuff from the 1974 Southern League songbook.
Injury to Torp, injury to Laitbeaudeire. 4 sets of subs.Fascinated where the 7 minute injury time came from. One goal no injuries.
And we're going to get hammered by someone too if we don't sort out our defensive mid and cdm issues
