If we were chasing the game we could throw the Kitching sink at them literally.

Would he start Kitching and Binks together? Two left footers seems unlikely but I'm not convinced by Lati and Thomas is out of form currently.

I’m sure we were actually their bogey team for quite a while I seem to remember?

for me it’s got to be:

Dovin
MVE Thomas Binks DaSilva
Billing* Sheaf Rudoni
Tats Simms Wright

* yes I’m dreaming for a couple of days

For me one of the most important things to sort out this season starting with Saturday, if we have any aspiration for promotion is to reverse our record against bogey teams or those on the verge of being classified as bogey teams. With the demotion of Luton I believe 25% of the current Championship clubs fall into this category: Preston, Hull, West Brom, Norwich, Swansea and Luton.
Last season we amassed 3 points out of 30 against the first five teams on that list.

Sorry all, I'm coming to this one and I haven't seen us win in my last 12 games. :-(

FWIW I'd go:

Dovin
MVE, Thomas, Kitching, DaSilva
Sheaf, Rudoni, Torp
Tats, Simms, Wright

Bassette to make an impact off the bench after 65 mins.

We need a 'Narich' fan who hasn't seen them for at least 13 or more to go just to balance it out

We want donkeys at Highfield Rd v Norwich without a defeat. Remember Larry Lloyd scoring from the halfway line in the FACup. I'm sure I haven't made that up

What will the crowd be for this ? I see Norwich have sold out and blocks 11 through to 23 have maybe a couple of hundred seats left . Blocks 25/26 only areas with a lot of unsold seats.

I’d rather start with Eccles and Torp and then bring Sheaf on for the second half to finish strong. Think we might suffer if we start Sheaf then take him off after 60. Thomas for Lati as we need Thomas’ pace against Sargeant, BTA for Saka

Dovin

MVE Thomas Binks Bidwell

Torp Eccles Rudoni

BTA Simms Wright

Wilson, Lati, Kitching, Dasilva, Palmer, Sheaf, Bassette, Saka, EMC

I think Da Silva should be getting a start if we're playing on the front foot.

Also Kitching for Binks.

I don’t actually think Lati’s done anything wrong at CB, just the pace of Sargeant that worries me

The season is underway now and we need to get down to business. Players ought to be ready now and full on. The semi indifferent start needs to be put behind us and our strong squad and competituion for starting places should have us full beans.

That said nothing but a win against a poorer Norwich these days will get us up with the chasing pack early on.
Expect a convincing win if we have Sheaf in the side and a strong midfield.

Team for me would be:

...................Dovin
Ewink Binks Kitching Bidwell
...................Sheaf
.....Sako......Torp........Rudoni
.......Simms........Wright

That for me is our strongest team. It could be Thomas for Binks. Shame for Palmer to miss out as he has been good lately but he has impact as a sub. We have a very strong bench. Players starting are aware they have to perform. Keep Sargeant quiet and take all 3 points.

Team for me would be:

Westwood, Wright, Ward, Dann, Fox, Henderson, Beuzelin, Gunnarsson, Bell, Best, Morrison.
Subs: Marshall, Hall, Doyle, Eastwood, Simpson

Worked well last time

Lati and Binks aren't keeping clean sheets. Thomas and Kitching are... but Robins will be stubborn i'd imagine and we'll concede again. Also its time for Dasilva in for Bidwell, i think he's earned it.

Both LCBs?

A midfielder on the wing?

A mad formation?

Dovin
MvE Kitching Binks Bidwell
Sheaf Rudoni
Saka Torp Wright
Simms

Wilson, Dasilva, Thomas, Lati, Eccles, Palmer, EMC, Bassette, BTA

Two left footed CB's is a risk but I think they're the best two ATM. Thomas played ok Tue and if he needs to knock a few into the stands to get his confidence back so be it.

Midfield other option would be Eccles next to Sheaf and Rudoni more advanced, though more likely Sheaf will be on the bench.

Norwich seem to be another team we struggle with so 2-2 draw.

Don’t know why but I’m feeling semi-optimistic about this one, can see a few goals for some reason. I think the pressure will be on a bit, I’ll go 3-1 Cov win.

Could be Eccles but I think Sheaf is ready to start surely? Bidwell has done nothing wrong keeps his place. lati has been OK but with a strong midfield I think two big CB's are preferable.

...............Dovin
MvE Kitching Binks (Thomas) Bidwell
...............Sheaf
........Torp..... Rudoni
Sako...........................Wright
..............Simms

Think you’ve got that team sheet bang on tbf, would be interesting for us to try a 4-4-2 but I think it’ll take a few losses before Robins switches it up.
