Rudoni's game has moved on to another level under Lampard . What a game he had. Ben Wilson excellent , BTA very lively when he came on.
Good performance , great day.

That's not hard a bag of cement shows more movement than Simms.

I always said about Wilson that he's the best number 2 possible.

The reason for that is he could be a decent number 1 at times.

Do we want him long term as a starter? No

But in an emergency situation like this it could be argued we are quite lucky to be able to put him in

If Middlesboro had played like that all season they would have easily made the playoffs, it just makes our win all the more impressive

Simms did an ugly and unforgiving job today, but it gave BTA the scope to stretch them in the last 25

A perfect day. Some inexplicable ways we managed not to score more, Ben Wilson fantastic between the sticks and dirty Luton relegated.

Celebrate today and get back to work tomorrow

Not difficult tbf. Although BTA had more time and space as Middlesbrough were chasing the game and throwing bodies forward.
However, his fresh legs and workrate will be an advantage in the playoffs.

Rudoni is amazing, what a player. He just gets better and better. Great game today, bring on Sunderland. Can't believe we finished 5th, I really thought we would be 6th and have to play Sheff Utd.

I think Kitching in the last two games has showed a lot of leadership , looks like he's maturing into the player a lot of us believe he can become .

Definetly , he's always had all the ability and potential to be a top player . Looks like Lampard has got the best out of Kitching among a few others

Definitely worth a 6, maybe even a 6.5.

All joking aside, Tats was immense today too. Not just a slick technician, so brave in the tackle too - some great defending.

And the crowd were immense too. Ten out of ten for the 12th Man. Fantastic day.

Good performance in general, but its small margins....

Middlesborough were on top when we scored and could easily have been up a half time.

Game could so easily have gone either way.

Pleased to be playing Sunderland, but really we need to take them apart on friday..... no matter how shit they are playing at the moment, we don't want to be going up there without a lead.

Dare to dream boys , Sunderland are in a terrible run of form . Not sure if they have been resting players , if we are a bit more clinical we will have great chance of getting to Wembley

Saka also traps the ball very well. Simms on the other hand has a terrible first touch.
