Easy to say after a win, but there was enough to see in that to give confidence for the last 14 matches even if we hadn’t got the result

The change up for corners, the application of pressing, organisation at the back, and the switch up in the middle with Onyeka in and Grimes slightly altered role show we’ve hopefully got a plan B (or maybe a new Plan A?!)

Great performance from the players, hard work from the coaching staff and onto the next one

That’s strikers for you. Can’t argue with that record at the end of the day and no one I’d rather have taking a pressure pen in a big game.

I’m currently watching Jay Bothriyd saying the words…”I’ve been a bit critical of Haji Wright…”.

That’s Jay Bothroyd.

Created very little in terms of clear cut opportunities. Passed the ball VERY well. But then again, they have been playing like that for a few years now.

Back four utterly fucking immense.

Rushworth dependably solid.

Wright an utter monster. Best performance I've ever seen from him, best individual performance of the season, Gyokeres esque.

We are going to love Onyeka.

Sakamoto utter mustard.

Wonderful atmosphere throughout, Singers Corner did us all proud.

Up. The. Motherfucking. Sky. Blues

Congratulations Cov.

You figured out a way to overcome us; long accurate balls take the midfield out of the equation and we're a little short of big lads, so you used physicality well.

Throw in the Hoodoo magic as well and I'm not overly surprised. My both teams to score prediction was right at least

I did say a while back we'd kick-start your season again (and especially Wright's!), most of us write off our games against you in advance as it's the hope that will kill you with a jinx. Your performance tonight was executed to perfection and we kind of knew you'd perform a lot better than the rest of your games against us as you always do.

It does mean you should have no fear of the rest of the sides in this league now and I've always said you should get promoted this year. The amount of goals you've scored this year is testament to that.

As for us, we're of course aiming for 13 wins out of 14 (Brizzle will shaft us as usual tooand it's still doable so with any luck we'll be joining you next season.
(It would mean an automatic 6 point head start for you in the Prem so I can't see you having many complaints)

Well done.

That's not strikers for you, the one two places lower in your list never went missing which is why he'll soon have a PL winners medal.

Wanted a performance that showed we’ve got the fight for the run in and that was that. Excellent to a man. Tired but they’re a good team and ultimately we took our chances and they didn’t.

It’s so obvious as well - in this current world of the only thing that matters is the last result - had the entirety of social media saying we’re shite and Boro are the greatest team the championship have ever seen - everybody flipping after the next game will be hilarious.

It’s such a classic Cov 3-1 Boro game.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you all…

Outstanding to a man, Haji superb, Rudi much improved, Bobby and Lati excellent.

Boro played some nice stuff but not enough quality at the back and Tommy Conway is absolutely awful.

Tonights result won’t define your season and it won’t define ours. Hopefully we will both still make it!

You have been charitable with the six points this season and we all respect and like that very much. Long live Carrickball!

yeah (from a tv viewer) crowd played a huge part, loved the shouting for foul throws, getting at the ref, egging the lads on when there was a bit of handbags, chanting forwards' names when they pressed well- proper atmosphere. 12th man.
