Sounds to me that the budget is skinny if SP can't make any decisions yet !
Or it depends on outcome of JR.

Pressley will have to have to accept whatever is left at the end when the better players have picked were they want to be and the others start to get a bit desperate, but on the up side there are plenty out of contract players available.

I thought he had quite a few good moments to be fair.

We already know the budget is less than this season and that was low. It will have to be academy players with a few out of contract players and a few loanees.

Going down a well worn path imho , like all who went before him adams, coleman , boothroyd, thorn ect , start of by saying they have there targets and need to get them early , then its irons in the fire ,then its just missed out , then its anybody who fits the budget, which to us fans is what we have known all the time , but one wonders when the penny drops with said managers

next season sounds even worse than the disaster we are expecting, murphy wants a new contract, willing to take a pay cut and we still arn't biting his hand off.

would agree, how many years have we seen this statement from so many managers and failed to deliver. I think the world stops in CCFC until the outcome of JR anyway....
