Good win...now 7 points above relegation zone.
EMC showing glimpses of his previously rarely seen quality, and gets a brave goal and an excellent assist.
Collins, fair play to the lad, made a couple of excellent saves around the post.
We easily looked the best team for 90% of the game...though Hull looked awful, and you can see why they are bottom.
We saw out the game fairly comfortably after the surprise of 7 minutes of stoppage time.
Watched on sky+, and hilarious to hear the co-commentator (ex pro, Irish, Hughes?) getting our player's names wrong eg Sacramento, Van Eik, and Victor Thorpe.

Job done. Take the 3 and move on but fragilities still there. Need to stop leading the line with Basette and get Simms back playing and into form. Tbf to Collin’s, 2 good saves at 1-1.

I think the fans were urging them on. If we were playing at Hull and it was 0-1 or 1-1 we might have lost. That missed penalty really seemed to take a little bit of wind out of our sails. If that went in I think we would have got a 3rd or even more. Simms was unlucky with that header off the post and has to surely start the next game. Not sure what Collins has done to keep his place. Dovin deserves a chance.

The commentator at the very start seemed to think we sold Palmer to Hull for 5 million too

I’ll take not being the shortest kid in Reception but things need to be much better. Main thing is we got over the line but this was a poor advert for Championship football.

It was pretty clear to the average football fan he’d score some goals. He was close about 6 or 7 times before he got his first goal for us!

Good to see Mason-Clarke be the player that I always said he was, unfortunately he couldn’t play in his best position because of the form of Haji.

Hull really are poor. I struggle to accept that Oxford are worse.

If we miss out on the playoffs on goal difference, I will be annoyed that we didn’t put them to the sword in injury. We could’ve got four more.
