1, the ball in 2 is off centre, look at the bottom where the blue bits bottom out, maybe the border join is slightly out it dosnt look like it lines up with the centre tower (tired eyes, maybe an optical illusion), still too much white space in it, mainly the ball. The birds should have CCFC scarfs
The birds in both are different sizes looks a little odd to me, should mirror the golden bird and then alter the colour to suit, balance them out, symmetry works.
The higher ribbon in 1 gives it a better balance.
Should post them on a sky blue textured background, get a better impression of how they look, maybe even consider that as a background for the logo itself, fill the whitespace.
